One Face or Two?
Start with the View.
Think about where people will see the sign. Specify the number of display faces and the mounting method separately, then coordinate them with the site.
Wall-mounted example
Keep the Message in Front.
One display face for a design viewed from the front. A lightbox mounted flat against a wall is a familiar starting point.
- Viewing: One outward-facing graphic.
- Typical layout: Storefront fascia or an interior brand wall.
- Confirm: Viewing height, wall clearance and cable exit.
Projecting example
Show the Brand Both Ways.
Two display faces for a sign seen from opposite directions. A projecting wall bracket can position the lightbox across the line of approach.
- Viewing: Graphics on opposite faces.
- Typical layout: A projecting sign beside a shop entrance.
- Confirm: Projection, bracket, clearance and both face layouts.
Top-view diagrams are illustrative. Round, rectangular and custom-shaped lightboxes can be discussed as single or double-sided designs. Wall mounting and projecting brackets are specified to suit the sign and supporting surface.

A Few Useful
Answers.
Choosing the shape, specifying the faces and preparing your lightbox project.
Can you make a lightbox from my business logo?+
Yes. Send your logo, lettering or graphic with the approximate overall dimensions. AI, EPS, SVG or a vector PDF is useful; a reference image or sketch can also start the discussion. We review the face layout, illuminated areas and enclosure around the design.
Which shapes and sizes can I choose?+
Round, rectangular and custom-shaped lightboxes are available. Share the width and height, or the diameter for a round sign. Workable sizes, enclosure depth, corners and fine details depend on the artwork, construction, mounting and shipping requirements, so these are confirmed for each project.
Should I choose a single or double-sided lightbox?+
A single-sided lightbox presents one display face; a double-sided design presents graphics on opposite faces. Flat wall mounting is a common starting point for front viewing, while a projecting double-sided sign can be seen from opposite directions along a storefront. Send a site photo and the intended viewing directions so face count and mounting can be reviewed separately.
Can I customize the frame color, face graphics and lighting?+
Frame finishes, graphic layouts and the preferred illuminated appearance can be discussed together. Tell us whether the whole face or selected graphic areas should transmit light, and include your brand color references. Unlit surface color and illuminated color can look different; agree samples and viewing conditions where matching matters.
Can lightbox signs be used outdoors?+
Outdoor designs can be discussed for the intended location. Include rain, sun, wind exposure and mounting height so the enclosure, face, fixings, connections and power equipment can be specified together. Any required ingress protection rating or project standard should be confirmed in the quotation.
How are the lightboxes mounted, and what equipment is included?+
We can discuss flat wall mounting and projecting wall brackets. Confirm the fixing layout, bracket, mounting accessories, sign voltage, power supply and connection information included with the order. Your local installer should check the wall, anchors, clearances and site electrical connection before installation.
Can the face or internal lighting be serviced later?+
Access depends on the enclosure and face-retention design. If you need replaceable graphics, removable faces or a particular maintenance arrangement, include this in the brief before production. Confirm how the face, LED components and power supply will be accessed, along with any spare-part requirements.
What affects price and lead time? Do you support OEM orders?+
Size, shape, face count, graphic complexity, enclosure material, finish, illumination, mounting, quantity and packing affect the quotation. Include your destination and required delivery date. Sign shops and agencies can also send approved drawing references and any labeling, white-label packing or documentation requirements for OEM and repeat orders.
