Can you make a neon sign from my text, font or business logo?
Yes. Send your wording, font reference or logo with the approximate overall dimensions. AI, EPS, SVG or a vector PDF is useful; a reference image or sketch can also start the discussion. We review the design as flexible LED neon mounted on an acrylic backboard.
Can you reproduce small lettering or a detailed logo?
Feasibility depends on the line width, curve radius, spacing and overall size. Very fine details or dense artwork may need simplification or a larger format. Share the original artwork so any proposed adjustments can be reviewed before production.
Which colors are available? Can the sign dim or change color?
Single-color, dimmable and RGB color-changing options are available. These require the appropriate neon configuration and compatible controls; a single-color sign should not be assumed to support RGB color changes. Specify your preferred colors, brightness control and operating method so the supplied equipment can be confirmed.
Can I choose the acrylic backboard shape and color?
Contour-cut and rectangular backboards can be discussed, along with clear acrylic or your preferred colored backing. The outline, material, fixing holes and cable exits are confirmed against the design and installation requirements.
Can LED neon signs be used outdoors?
Yes, outdoor versions are available when specified for the intended location. Include the site exposure, mounting details and power supply position. Confirm the protection of the sign, cable connections, controller and power equipment together, along with any required ingress protection rating or project standard. Indoor versions should not be assumed suitable outdoors.
How is the sign installed, and what equipment is included?
Depending on the layout, the acrylic backboard can be wall-mounted or suspended using an agreed fixing arrangement. Confirm mounting accessories, sign voltage, power supply, plug type, dimmer or controller and connection information in the quotation. Your local installer should check the supporting surface and site electrical connection.
What affects the price and production time?
Overall size, artwork complexity, neon colors, backboard shape and finish, control configuration, indoor or outdoor construction, quantity and packing affect the quotation. Include your destination and preferred delivery date so production timing and shipping options can be reviewed.
