Yes. We can discuss compact lettering and larger acrylic LED signs. Send your artwork and overall dimensions so stroke width, depth, construction and lighting can be reviewed at the intended size.
Can you make a custom logo or a specific font?
Yes. Share the lettering, logo or emblem you want to reproduce. AI, EPS, SVG or a vector PDF is useful; a reference image can start the discussion. Fine strokes, small counters and separate elements are checked against the size, lighting and fixing arrangement.
Which lighting effects can I choose?
Options include front-lit, front-and-side-lit, back-lit and custom combinations such as side-lit or front-and-back-lit designs. Share an effect reference with your artwork so the illuminated and opaque areas can be specified clearly.
What are the minimum letter size and available thicknesses?
These depend on the font, stroke width, logo details, lighting effect and construction. Rather than choosing by overall letter height alone, send your artwork and target dimensions so a workable profile can be proposed.
Can you match brand colors or use colored lighting?
Surface colors and LED colors can be discussed separately, including white tones, colored LEDs and RGB options. Tell us whether the priority is the unlit surface, the lit appearance or both. Where matching matters, agree a sample and lighting conditions before production.
Can acrylic LED letters be used outdoors?
Outdoor designs can be discussed for the intended location. Include sun, rain and other site exposure, along with the mounting surface. Acrylic, finishes, sealing, LED components and power supply protection need to be specified for that environment; an indoor design should not be assumed suitable outdoors.
How are the letters mounted and powered?
Depending on the design, letters may be mounted individually or on a backing panel. Cable exits, fixing positions and the power supply location are agreed with the installation layout. Confirm the supply voltage, driver, accessories, template and documentation included in your quotation.
What affects the price, lead time and OEM order details?
